Kukkos

An open faced Kukko is a filled sourdough pie with high, turned-in edges. It whiles away a good long time on low heat in Kaesa’s oven, in fact longer than any other product. Kukko may be filled with vendace, whitefish, pike or rainbow trout, and it’s shaped either in the traditional round shape or the new ‘boat’, which is easy to cut it into single serving portions.
